SHIPPING POLICY

-We offer "Free Shipping" on all orders over $150 (before tax) within Canada.
-For orders under $150, there is a flat rate fee of $15.

-For shipping to the US, there is a flat rate of $20.

We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. 

RETURN POLICY

After 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not authorize a refund or exchange.

To process a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Also, It must  be in the original packaging.

We do require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we have received you return, it will be inspected. An email will then be sent out to notify you that we have received your returned item. Notification of approval or rejection of your refund will also be emailed out to you.
If approved,  a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to  the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not pay for the cost of returning your items for refund or exchange.

Shipping fees for your return will be deducted from your refund or exchange.

No restocking fee is applied.

Depending on where you live, the times to receive your exchange may vary.

It is recommended that if shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
