The history of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu traces back to its roots in Japan.  The Japanese word Muteki is translated to the English words "No" and "Enemy". Also meaning INVINCIBLE.   When designing and looking to find a proper name for our Kimonos we visualized the grappler who would maintain an invincible mindset with confidence that their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training methods and techniques  would be effective no matter the situation.  

With decades of experience training, teaching and competing, our brand is intelligent to the needs of those who would be involved in the gentle art and what a quality kimono would need to be in order for a practitioner or competitor  to have comfort while on their journey.  We aim to give respect to our ancestors who made a way for us to start on the path of self defense and a better way of life.  

Products will be made with the intention to look back at our own martial arts journey and find the best of those worlds to produce fashionable, exciting, quality merchandise for not only the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu community but also for worldwide martial artists who want to represent the MUTEKI lifestyle.
